ORDINANCE NO. 85 - S9 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Block 7-A, Grovenor Estates, Unit 2, according to the plat <br />thereof, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, 'in the Plat Book 5, <br />Page 18, said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. - <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to RS -3., Single - <br />Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, F17orida on this 17th day of July <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: C <br />DON C.
