He introduced Dr. <br />Billy L. Edge, president of that firm, and Gary Nemeth, project <br />engineer. <br />Dr. Edge explained that after they had met with the Beach <br />Preservation and Restoration Committee to help identify the scope <br />of work, they prepared a contract and submitted it to the County. <br />He then presented a slidefilm of several erosion projects Cubit <br />Engineering has carried out along the Atlantic coastline using <br />various solutions such as revetments, seawalls, breakwaters, sand <br />renourishment, etc. <br />He noted that they did a Beach Management <br />48 <br />
