England, from Digestive Accelerated Decomposition, Ltd. This <br />firm is inviting public officials to visit a state-of-the-art <br />solid waste recovery plant. He explained that he has decided to <br />decline the invitation because he didn't feel it was fair to his <br />fellow commissioners to go to England regarding a subject with <br />which he is not familiar. He suggested that Vice Chairman <br />Scurlock and Utilities Director Terry Pinto would be more suited <br />for the trip and h.ad asked the firm to invite them instead. <br />However, they have indicated there will be another trip scheduled <br />for September if we decide that it would be advisable for someone <br />from Indian River County to go. He noted that Director Pinto <br />feels that the trip might be very worthwhile. <br />NORTH COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br />The Board of County Commissioners recessed at 12:35 o'clock <br />P.M. in order that the District Board of the North County Fire <br />District might convene.
