Uses Requiring Administrative Permits <br />The following uses shall be permitted within the MED, Medical District, <br />subject to the specific use criteria established in Section 25.1, "Regu- <br />lations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures established in <br />Section 25.2, "Review of Uses Requiring Administrative Permits". <br />1. Residential Uses (Sec. 25.1 (C)) <br />- Multiple Family Dwellings <br />2. Institutional Uses (Sec. 25.1(F)) <br />- Civic and Social Membership Organizations <br />3. Community Service Uses (Sec. 25.1(G)) <br />- Cultural and Civic Facilities <br />- Governmental Administration Facilities <br />4. General Office Uses (Sec. 25.1(I)) <br />- Professional Offices <br />5. Utility Uses (Sec. 25.1(S)) <br />- Public and Private Utilities, Limited <br />D. Special Exception Uses <br />The following uses may be permitted within the MED, Medical District, <br />subject to the specific use criteria established in Section 25.1 "Regu- <br />lations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures established in <br />Section 25.3, "Regulation of Special Exception Uses". <br />1. Residential Uses (Sec. 25.1(C)) <br />Planned Residential Development (Sec. 25.4) <br />2. Community Service Uses (Sec. 25.1(G)) <br />- Schools, Primary and Secondary <br />3. Eating and Drinking Establishments (Sec. 25.1 (H)) <br />- Restaurant, excluding any curb service, drive-in, drive-through <br />or similar type establishment <br />- Carry -out Restaurants <br />E. Accessory Uses and Structures <br />As provided in Section 25(G), "Accessory Uses and Structures". <br />F. Dimensional Regulations <br />As provided in Table 18.1, herein, and Section 3.1, "Application of Dis- <br />trict Regulations". <br />G. Permitted Signage <br />As provided in Section 25(0), "Signs". <br />H. Walls and Fences <br />As provided in Section 25(I), "Walls and Fences". <br />I.
