Uses Requiring Administrative Permits <br />The following uses shall be permitted within the IG, General Industrial <br />District, subject to the specific use criteria established in Section 25.1, <br />"Regulations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures established in <br />Section 25.3, "Review of Uses Requiring Administrative Permits". <br />1. Residential Uses (Sec. 25.1 (C)) <br />- Accessory Housing for Nightmatchmen <br />D. Special Exception Uses <br />The following uses may be permitted within the IG, General Industrial <br />District, subject to the specific use criteria established in Section 25.1 <br />"Regulations for Specific Land Uses" and review procedures established in <br />Section 25.3, "Regulation of Special Exception Uses". <br />1. Vehicular Sales, Service and Storage (Sec. 25.1(V)) <br />- Gasoline Service Station <br />2. Very Heavy Industrial Uses (Sec. 25.1(U)) <br />- Ammunition, Armaments and Accessories Manufacturing <br />- Explosives Manufacturing <br />- Junk and Salvage Yards <br />- Petroleum and Natural Gas Refining and Related Industries <br />3. Transportation Uses (Sec. 25.1(R)) <br />- Airports and Airstrips <br />4. Utility Uses (Sec. 25.1(S)) <br />Public and Private Utilities, Major <br />E.
