0 <br />Wednesday, August 7, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />August 7, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Vice President; Richard N. Bird; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Chairman Patrick B. Lyons was <br />absent recuperating from surgery. Also present were Michael J. <br />Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; L.S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Intergovernmental Relations Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Fred McClellan of First Presbyterian Church gave <br />the invocation, and Commissioner Wodtke led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of some recommendations for appointments to the Public <br />Library Advisory Committee. <br />Attorney Vitunac requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />a corrective deed for county property sold to E. M.
