AUG <br />7 <br />1995 <br />BOOK <br />�� F,,;c 741 <br />SCHEDULING OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL <br />IMPACT HEARING <br />FOR GRAND <br />HARBOR DEVELOPMENT <br />Administrator Wright recommended that the DRI hearing be <br />scheduled for October 16, 1985 at 1:30 P.M. <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock felt that it may take more than one <br />meeting to cover a development of such size as that of Grand <br />Harbor. He noted that there are significant questions re the <br />number of slips or docks being requested. <br />The Commissioners scheduled a Special Meeting of the Board <br />of County Commissioners for October 16, 1985 at 1:30 P.M. for the <br />Development of Regional Impact Hearing for Grand Harbor. <br />APPOINTMENTS TO PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />appointed Vice Chairman Scurlock, Commissioner <br />Bowman and Commissioner Wodtke as delegates to <br />the P.A.A.B., and designated Chairman Lyons and <br />Commissioner Bird as alternates. <br />REQUEST TO ESTABLISH A STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR LAUREL COURT <br />SUBDIVISION <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated 6/11/85: <br />37 <br />
