r AUG 2'1195 <br />BOOK 61 PAGE 832 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85-71 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The SW $ of the SE I of Section 25, Township 32S, <br />Range 39E, LESS AND EXCEPT the SW j of the SW I of <br />the SE j and less any rights-of-way of record <br />All above described property now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RS -1, Single -Family Residential District, <br />and RS -6, Single -Family Residential District, to RM -8, Multiple - <br />Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 21 day of August 1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: � C 24e� <br />DON C.
