Carter and authorized the signature of the <br />Commissioners to the documents presented by the <br />Supervisor of Elections. <br />(Document re Precincts is on File in the Office of the Clerk.) <br />APPOINTMENTS TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL <br />Commissioner Wodtke noted that the Economic Development <br />Committee, which has 8 members, was asked to merge with the <br />Overall Economic Development Committee, which has 13 members. <br />It was his recommendation, as well as the recommendation of the <br />Chairman of the O.E.D.C., Gary Rhinehart, and staff, that the <br />O.E.D.C. as constituted remain intact so they can serve as the <br />committee to review the Overall Economic Development Plan on an <br />annual basis as needed. Commissioner Wodtke continued that he <br />and Mr. Rinehart are recommending the following eight as members <br />of the Economic Development Council: <br />Gary Rhinehart <br />Martin Wall - <br />Ralph Lundy <br />Roland Aberle <br />Com. William Wodtke, Jr., Chairman <br />Edgar Schlitt <br />Joy Bell <br />Duncan Bowman <br />Commiss.ioner Wodtke noted that at this time there is no <br />representative of the Chamber of Commerce, but if necessary, we <br />could expand the Council at a later time. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 85-86 appointing those above <br />named to the Economic Development Council. <br />67 <br />� SEP 41985 <br />BOOK 61 PAGE 91 <br />
