<br />Commissioner Bowman, as Chairman of the District Board of
<br />Fire Commissioners of the North Indian River County Fire
<br />District, opened the public hearing on North County Fire.
<br />OMB Director Barton reported that the proposed millage is
<br />0.5 or 1/2 mill, which is less than last year's levy so there is
<br />no rollback requirement. The proposed budget is $311,044.
<br />Chairman Bowman asked if anyone present wished to be heard.
<br />There were none.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0)
<br />closed the public hearing.
<br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Wodtke, to approve a tentative millage
<br />of 0.5 for the North County Fire District for fiscal
<br />year 1985-86.
