Vice Chairman Scurlock opened the public hearing on the <br />Rockridge Street Lighting District. <br />OMB Director Barton announced that the proposed levy is <br />$5.00 per parcel acre, the same as last year; there is no <br />rollback requirement; and the proposed budget is $4,023. <br />The Vice Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved a tentative assessment of $5.00 per parcel/ <br />acre for the Rockridge Street Lighting District for <br />fiscal year 1985-86. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />a tentative budget of $4,023 for the Rockridge Street <br />Lighting District for fiscal year 1985-86. <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock opened the public hearing on the <br />Laurelwood Street Lighting District. <br />OMB Director Barton announced that the proposed levy is <br />$23.00 per parcel/acre, the same as last year; there is no <br />rollback requirement; and the proposed budget is $9,250. <br />The Vice Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard.
