We believe the frank <br />but professional discussion demonstrates that Waste Management and the County can and will <br />operate as business partners in providing the residents of Indian River County the solid waste <br />and recycling services they are entitled to pursuant to the terms of the current franchise <br />agreement. <br />Pursuant to our discussion, Waste Management agrees to provide the following -enhancement; <br />to the residential solid waste customers in Indian River County and to the Solid Waste Disposal <br />District for residential recycling customers: <br />e For current residential municipal solid waste ("'MSW") customers and those new <br />residential MSW customers who subscribe for service during the life of the franchise <br />agreement, Waste Management will provide a one month credit for our services. Since <br />these customers are billed on a quarterly basis in advance, for current residential <br />customers the one month credit will appear on invoices in January 2016. New <br />residential customers will receive a one month credit when they subscribe. <br />• For residential recyding customers, Waste Management bills the Solid Waste Disposal <br />District on a monthly basis.
