RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - i? 6 _ <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1 AND 22, BLOCK 2, CASA RIO SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 1 and 22, <br />Block 2, of Casa Rio Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the common rear lot line 5 -foot drainage and utility easements of Lots 1 and 22, Block 2, Casa Rio <br />Subdivision, more particularly described as the west S feet of Lot 1 and the east 5 feet of Lot 22, Block 2, <br />Casa Rio Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 81, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Fl Pc seconded by <br />Commissioner n I Bryan , and adopted on the day of <br />November 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
