Wednesday, September 11, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />September 11, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Chairman Patrick B. Lyons was <br />absent as he was still recuperating from recent surgery. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Jeffrey <br />K. Barton, OMB Director; and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order in the <br />absence of Chairman Lyons, and Commissioner Wodtke led the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />The hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notices with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />BOOa FAG!„ <br />SEP 111985 <br />-I <br />
