r <br />SEP 111985 <br />BOOK L Fr.6t ; <br />2. the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County sitting as the District Board of Fire Commissioners for the <br />South Indian River County Fire Protection District hereby adopts <br />the attached budget as the final budget for fiscal year 1985-86 <br />for the South Indian River County Fire Protection District. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wodtke who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Absent <br />Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared Resolution No. 85-103 <br />duly passed and adopted this 11th day of September, 1985. <br />BOAOF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF NPa AN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />y <br />hairman <br />. LYQVS, <br />The Vice Chairman announced that the Commission now would <br />consider the various Street Lighting Districts. He thereupon <br />opened the public hearing on the Rockridge Street Lighting <br />District. <br />OMB Director Barton reported that the proposed assessment is <br />$5.00 per parcel/acre and there is no rollback requirement. The <br />proposed operating budget is $4,023. <br />The Vice Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard <br />or present any objections. There being none, he thereupon <br />declared the hearing closed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Resolution 85-104 providing for an <br />assessment of $5.00 per parcel/acre for the <br />Rockridge Street Lighting Municipal Service <br />Taxing Unit for fiscal year 1985-86. <br />40 <br />I <br />
