The Vice Chairman opened the public hearing on Gifford <br />Street Lighting District. <br />OMB Director Barton reported that the proposed assessment is <br />$12.00 per parcel/acre and there is no rollback requirement. The <br />proposed operating budget is $64,100. <br />The Vice Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard <br />or present any objections.
