/a <br />The Vice Chairman announced that Commission would next <br />consider the budgets for "Other Operating Funds," which includes <br />Federal Revenue Sharing, and the Enterprise and Internal Service <br />Funds. He thereupon opened the public hearing on those funds. <br />OMB Director Barton announced that there are some line to <br />line changes in Federal Revenue Sharing based on what he was <br />instructed to move from the General Fund, and those line changes <br />are as follows: <br />Advertised Change to <br />General Government $321,723 $321,413 <br />Reserve for Contingencies 143,274 143,584 <br />The total operating budget for Federal Revenue Sharing remains <br />the same - $565,607. <br />The OMB Director then read aloud the proposed budgets for <br />the balance of the funds, all of which are non -taxing funds; no <br />ad valorem millage is involved, and, therefore, there is no <br />rollback requirement: <br />1980 6 1981 Bond Issues <br />$1,471,925 <br />Section 8 Rental Assistance <br />598,679 <br />Police Academy Fund <br />53,100 <br />Secondary Road Construction <br />5,278,320 <br />Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />152,935 <br />Pistol Permits Fund <br />2,100 <br />Parks Development Fund <br />39,290 <br />Sanitary Landfill <br />1,324,275 <br />Water & Sewer Utilities <br />3,594,609 <br />Impact Fees <br />803,300 <br />Fleet Management <br />1,034,640 <br />Building Department <br />595,000 <br />The Vice Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard <br />or present any objections.
