The Chairman and Clerk are hereby authorized to <br />execute and cause the proper filing of the application for State <br />aid to libraries, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, <br />for fiscal year 1985-86. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption.
