Appeal by Impact Fee Consultants of a Decision by the County <br />a.m. Administrator to Deny Requests for Refund of School Impact Fees Paid in <br />2008 <br />Administrative <br />(memorandum dated October 28, 2015) <br />Director of Community Development Stan Boling gave a PowerPoint <br />Presentation providing background and analysis on the request of <br />Charles Wilson, Impact Fee Consultants, for the County to appeal a <br />decision made by the County Administrator to deny Mr. Wilson's <br />request for a refund of forty (40) School Impact Fees which were paid in <br />2008.
