Presentation of Proclamation Designating the Month of November, 2015, as <br />a.m. National Adoption Awareness Month 1 <br />Commissioner Zorc read and presented the Proclamation to Frank <br />Avilla, Adoption Marketing Specialist for the Children's Home Society <br />of Florida, Treasure Coast Division. <br />Mr. Avilla announced that the National Adoption Day Celebration was <br />scheduled for November 21, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at <br />Langford Park in Jensen Beach. <br />B.
