OCT 2 1985 Boou' 62 PALE -15 <br />RFCOimMATIONS AND FUNDING . <br />It is requested that the Board of County Comnissioners authorize offering <br />Fair Market value as stated above to each of the property owners as full <br />compensation for the right of way requested and allow Mr. Bradley to <br />harvest his citrus fruit and to leave 14 trees on the right of way and <br />transplant March 1, 1986. Should Mrs. Wilson decline the written offer, <br />and the last negotiation effort fails then condemnation action to proceed <br />as previously approved by the Board. <br />Project account with funding frcan Second Gas Tax or Focal Option Gas Tax. <br />Public Works Director Davis noted that this has been going <br />on for five years; we have tried to be patient with them, and <br />then they said they would accept fair market value. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, to authorize staff to take <br />action as recommended in the above memo. <br />Commissioner Bird stated his conviction that if this road is <br />improved, it will be a tremendous benefit to Mrs. Wilson's <br />property, but apparently she is not ready to develop yet and, <br />therefore, is not convinced it is a benefit. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously (4-0), <br />Commissioner Wodtke having left the meeting. <br />FLORIDA CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT <br />The Board reviewed memo of Assistant County Attorney <br />Barkett, as follows: <br />64 <br />
