The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power <br />and Light Company, Florida Cablevision, the County Utility <br />Department, and the County Right-of-way Department. None of <br />these agencies had objections to the release of easements. The <br />zoning staff analysis, which included a site visit, showed the <br />drainage would be adequately handled by the existing front and <br />rear swales. <br />It is the zoning staff's opinion that to release the side lot 5 <br />foot utility and drainage easements being the north and south 5 <br />feet of Lots 2 and 3, Block H, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #2, <br />would have no adverse effect. -• <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the side lot 5 foot utility and <br />drainage easement being the north and south 5 feet of Lots 2 <br />and 3, Block H, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #2, Plat Book 4, <br />Page 13 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 85-119 approving the release of the <br />5' easements on both the north and south side lot <br />lines of Lots 2 and 3, Block H, Oslo Park Subdivi- <br />sion, Unit #2, as requested by E.
