Department of Emergency Services; <br />Fire Rescue Division <br />7.2.2 State Emergency Operations Center <br />The Florida Division of Emergency Management is <br />responsible for providing and staffing the State Emergency <br />Operations Center (SEDC). The SEOC is the center for <br />coordination of state response for any major emergency. <br />The SEOC is located within the Florida Division of <br />Emergency Management (FDEM), located at 2555 Shumard <br />Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida. During a limited <br />emergency condition, key personnel will report to the State <br />EOC. Upon declaration of a full emergency condition, the <br />State EOC will be fully activated to coordinate all state <br />Indian River County Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Page 52 <br />
