Wednesday, October 9, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />October 9, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William <br />C. Wodtke, Jr. Vice Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. was out of <br />state attending a wastewater seminar in Kansas City. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; L.S. <br />"Tommy" Thomas, Intergovernmental Relations Director; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Lyons called the meeting to order and Attorney <br />Vitunac led the Pledge of Allegialhce to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a discussion re appraisals of ten commercial properties <br />for 12th Street additional right-of-way compensation. <br />Administrator Wright requested that Item #9 - Road Paving <br />via Special Assessment - be removed from today's Agenda and <br />placed on next week's Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Bird being <br />out of the room and Commissioner.Scurlock being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (3-0) added and deleted the above <br />items. <br />GOOK 62 PAGE 353 <br />
