Harris. <br />Director Rymer pointed out that Mrs. West must enter into a <br />contract and recommended that Mrs. West be given another 30 days <br />to allow her to get a signed contract and building permit; <br />however, if the restoration is not completed in 90 days, she <br />would recommend that the structure come down. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />granted Mrs. West an additional 30 days in which to <br />have a signed contract approved by the Building Dept. <br />with the stipulation that the structure be completed in <br />90 days or the matter will be brought back to the Board <br />for further action. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that it would be acceptable to have <br />one Motion to cover the rest of the buildings because there is no <br />one else here to speak.
