Renewal of Permit to Carry a Concealed_ Firearm <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/24/85: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of DATE: September 24, 1985 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Michael Wright <br />County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Pistol Permit Renewal <br />REFERENCES: <br />The following person has applied through the Clerk's Office <br />for renewal of a pistol permit: <br />Sylvester S. Strang <br />All requirements of the ordinance have been met. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Bird being out <br />of the room and Commissioner Scurlock absent, the <br />Board unanimously (3-0) approved the renewal <br />application for a permit to carry a concealed <br />firearm for Sylvester S. Strang. <br />B. Reports <br />Received and placed on file in the Office of the Clerk: <br />Local Government Criminal Justice Trust Fund <br />Procedures for Collections and Distributions <br />October 1, 1985 1 <br />Letter advising that Chester Clem, Attorney, is <br />registered agent for Vero Lakes Water Control <br />District.. <br />C. Approval of Out -of -County Travel <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Bird being out <br />of the room and Commissioner Scurlock absent, the <br />Board unanimously (3-0) approved out -of -county <br />travel for Commissioners and appropriate staff to <br />attend Water & Wastewater Seminar in Grenelefe, <br />Florida, on November 8, 1985. <br />3 <br />tw% 62 fA".a 350 <br />
