(jpg or of format) <br />• A Final Project Report (1-2 pages) that shall at minimum include: project name and address, project <br />summary, final cost, and project benefits to the waterway. <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 2017 - District finishes processing closeout paperwork, performs <br />project inspection and submits final reimbursement check with check presentation to <br />sponsor. <br />NOTE: ANY MODIFICATIONS to the PROJECT shall require advance notice and <br />prior written approval of the District. The appropriate timing for modifications to the <br />project cost estimate, Exhibit A, would be after receipt of bids. <br />
