AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF PROPERTY <br />RREF RB 2012 LTI-FL PHP, LLC, a .Florida limited liability company ("Seller"), and <br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of'the State of Florida ("Buyer"), hereby agree as of <br />the Effective Date that Seller shall sell to Buyer and Buyer shall purchase from Seller, upon the <br />following terms and conditions and for the price herein set forth, the Property, as such term is <br />defined in Article I of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE I <br />DEFINED TERMS <br />1.1 Certain Definitions. As used herein, the following teiuis shall have the following <br />meanings: <br />(a) "Closing Date" shall mean [check appropriate box]: <br />[ X] 2:00 P.M.
