Terry, <br />Chief, Road Design Section <br />DESCRIPTION AND,CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: ' 'AG <br />SSMMU <br />VIA sPECL�L <br />REFERENCES: <br />The following is a list of roads within the County that if they were paved <br />would cut down on traveling time by graders. <br />North County <br />Paradise Lane (East US 1) .1 mile <br />110 Place (East US 1) .2 miles <br />North Tropicana Drive (East US 1) .1 mile <br />South Tropicana Drive (East US 1) .15 mile <br />Orchid Larbe - Live Oak Drive to CR 510 (Orchid Isle) 1.1 mile <br />South County <br />St. Christopher Lane (East A -1-A) .2 miles <br />Sea Turtle Lane (East A -1-A) .1 mile <br />Round Island East -County Park (East A -1-A) .3 mile <br />Round Island West -County Park (West A --1-A) .3 miles <br />The two Parks roads could be exempt and graded only when necessary. <br />Tle other road would be Blue Cypress Road from Route 60 north to County <br />Park 2.6 miles. At the present time, we do not have the funding to pave <br />this long stretch of road. <br />1. Have roads put on paving list to be paved. <br />2. Have Engineering Department prepare preliminary assessment rolls for <br />each road. <br />3. Notify Property Owners through registered mail of Pending Assessment <br />and Paving and Drainage Improvements. <br />4. Hold a Public Hearing for Adoption of Resolution for these Paving and <br />Drainage Improvements. <br />Funding will be through the Petition Paving account where the Property <br />Owner pays 75% and the County pays 25%. <br />50 <br />OCT 16 1985 �a° fA X42 <br />
