t <br /> � 11/•/�rlrrwa.n�nv�w�,VM <br /> RE80LUTION NO. 96- IL <br /> A RRSOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSIONERS or <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE CERTIFI- <br /> CATE OF THE COUNTY CANVA88ING BOARD. <br /> MHERtttAB, on November 5, 1996, the County held a referendum of the <br /> qualified electors on the question of whether Indian River County should be <br /> authorized, pursuant to Section 3, Art. VII of the state constitution, to <br /> grant limited property tax exemptions to new industrial businesses, new <br /> corporate offices, and expansions of existing businesses; and <br /> WHEREAS, after the ballots were counted, the rseults were certified by <br /> the County Canvassing Board, which consisted of County Judge Joe A. Wild, <br /> Supervisor of Elections Ann Robinson, and Chairman of the Board of County <br /> Commissioners Fran B. Adams, and the Certificate which shows that the refer- <br /> endum did not pass, was turned over to the Board of County Commissioners, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, U IT REVOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISlIONER8 OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby officially acknowledges <br /> receipt of the Certificate of the County Canvassing Board in connection with <br /> the above. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner T; jj , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bird R <br /> Vote, the vote was as follower . and, upon being put to a <br /> Chairman Fran B.
