If the Honorable Board of County Commissioners deems that an installment <br />plan is appropriate -then the Utility Department would like to propose the <br />following terms: <br />The impact fee of $1,140.00 be paid over a sixty month installment <br />period at an interest rate of 10-1/20. The monthly payment will be <br />$24.51 and the first payment is due immediately. The customer's <br />initial cash outlay will be as follows: <br />Meter Installation $ 115.00 <br />Deposit $ 40.00 <br />First Installment $ 24.51 <br />Total $ 179.51 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Honorable Board of County Commissioners approve <br />Mr. Alexander's request to pay impact fees in the sixty month installment <br />plan as indicated above. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the installment payment of Impact Fees <br />by Lonnie Alexander over a sixty month period as <br />set out in the above memo. <br />D.
