SPECIAL MEETING <br />Wednesday, October 30, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />October 30, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice Chairman; Richard N. <br />Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Lyons called the meeting to order and Commissioner <br />Bird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis introduced.the following <br />three representatives from Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc., who <br />were instrumental in developing a long-range, county -wide trans- <br />portation program and preparing an impact fee ordinance.
