BOOK - 62 PA�F596 <br />Director Keating suggested that we put something on the <br />building permit application stating: "If there are potential <br />drainage problems, you are going to have to solve them", and <br />then the Engineering Department will determine if there is <br />any need`for the proposed drainage systems. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />authorized staff to advertise public hearings <br />of the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board <br />of County Commissioners for the adoption of an <br />amendment to the Zoning Ordinance re stormwater <br />runoff; the amendment to encompass the changes <br />proposed today. <br />Director Davis suggested that when the Building <br />Department inspectors make their final inspection on a <br />single-family home, they also check out the drainage or <br />driveway improvements.
