At present, we do not have items of enough value to <br /> hold a live auction. The funds received from the sale of these items will be returned to the <br /> appropriate accounts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends the Board declare the items on the attached Excess Equipment List as <br /> surplus and authorize their sale and/or disposal.
