The <br /> proposed improvements include reconstruction of the intersection, the addition of <br /> eastbound and westbound left turn lanes on Oslo Road, a southbound left turn lane on <br /> 66th Avenue, minor drainage improvements, and a traffic signal. To construct the <br /> improvement project the County needs to acquire approximately 80 feet along the <br /> frontage of Mrs. Sexton's property. The parent parcel contains 19.84 acres, zoned A-1. <br /> Staff has offered $38,300.52 for the 55,508 square feet or 1.27 acres of property. The <br /> offer is based on previous sales in the area of $30,000 per acre. Mrs. Sexton has <br /> accepted the offer and executed the agreement to purchase and sell real estate <br /> contract.
