Developme Director <br />FROM:Stan Boling A - (S` REFERENCES: A <br />Staff Planner SPACE <br />It is requested that the following be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of <br />November 6, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Timber Ridge Tennis Ranch is an approved residential development <br />consisting of multi -family, land condominium, and single-family <br />units. The single-family (Tract "F") and land condominium <br />(Tract "B") units, along with the project's roadway and water <br />management tractsiare included on a preliminary plat approved by <br />the Planning & Zoning Commission. at their May 10, 1984 regular <br />meeting. The preliminary plat approval is due to expire on <br />November 10, 1985 unless extended by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Construction of a portion of the project road <br />and some of the land condominium units has been completed to <br />date. <br />Mary Jane V. Goetzfried, on behalf of the owner/developer, <br />Andrew Mustapick, is now requesting an 18 month extension of the <br />preliminary plat approval. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />Extensions are allowed pursuant to section 7 (d)(10) of the <br />subdivision ordinance. The Board has historically granted one <br />18 month extension of preliminary plat approval to applicants <br />who request such an extension. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: ` <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />one 18 month extension of the preliminary plat approval granted <br />to Timber Ridge Tennis Ranch; said approval shall expire, on May <br />10, 1987. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />granted one 18 month extension of the prelim- <br />inary plat approval granted to Timber Ridge Ranch; <br />said approval to expire on May 10, 1987. <br />21 <br />Noy 61985 A00K 62 PAGE 647 <br />
