2. Lift Station <br />The Developer's project requires a private lift station <br />which would cost $18,980. The cost of the subregional lift <br />station required by the County in lieu of the private lift station <br />would be $39',-030, being a difference of $20,050. The County shall <br />give credit for this difference against sewer impact fees owed by <br />the Developer for his motel project. <br />3. Force Main <br />The Developer shall construct a force main at the County <br />Master Plan size at a cost not to exceed $50,700. Since this same <br />force main had been contracted for by the County with another <br />contractor at a higher price, the County will reimburse the <br />Developer for the total construction cost of the force main at a <br />price not to exceed $50,700 and appropriate change order will be <br />made in the contract between the County and the original _ <br />contractor to delete this section from the work required to be <br />performed. <br />4. Impact Fees <br />The Developer's motel project shall be considered the <br />equivalent of fourteen equivalent residential units which owe the <br />following impact fee: <br />A. Water Impact Fee <br />14 x $1,140 = $15,960.00 <br />Less - 7,175.00 <br />credit for <br />oversizing water <br />main <br />$ 8,785.00 <br />Amount due County <br />B. Sewer Impact Charge <br />14 x $1,250 $17,500.00 <br />~ Less -20,050.00 <br />credit for <br />subregional <br />lift station <br />construction costs <br />-$29550.00 <br />Credit to Developer <br />.C..
