lo- i -47 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD Os COUNTY COMZSSIONZRS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY TNR DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br /> director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the <br /> traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, <br /> Indian River County Code) ; and <br /> NHCUM, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br /> Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> CONXISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA TRATt <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br /> the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br /> -�- resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Tippin and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br /> Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Commissioner Kenneth R.
