N OV 2 0 1995 BOOK 62 FADE 81 <br />REPORT ON STATUS OF MINIMUM SECURITY FACILITY <br />Chairman Lyons reported that he met with the architect, and <br />sometime in the next ten dayse they will have'a draft of a <br />minimum security plan to take before the Jail Committee. He <br />advised that what they are looking at is to be sure this facility <br />is suited particularly for work programs and will be set up so we <br />can work as many of these prisoners as possible on the outside. <br />Commissioner Scurlock inquired whether the person discussed <br />at a previous meeting to be jointly hired by the County and the <br />architect has been hired, and Administrator Wright confirmed that <br />someone has been hired. <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked if the Chairman was acting as <br />liaison with the architect, and that was confirmed also. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, <br />seconded and unanimously carried, meeting adjourned at 10:30 <br />o'clock A.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />52 <br />
