Resolution No.97-1U <br /> WHEREAS,any special assessment not paid within said ninety(90)day period shall <br /> bear interest beyond the due date at a rate established by the Board of County Commissioners at the <br /> time of preparation of the final assessment roll,and shall be payable in two(2)equal installments,the <br /> first to be made twelve(12)months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly;and <br /> WHEREAS,after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed <br /> improvements,the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br /> properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these improvement,to wit: <br /> Lots 1 through 13,Block 1 and Lots 1 and 3 through 12, Block 2, of Pompeys <br /> Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2,page 69 of Indian River County,Florida. <br /> AND <br /> Pompeys Subdivision PBI 2-69,Tract A,Less S 311 feet of N 361 feet of E 140 feet, <br /> Less portion for 50'ROW as in OR Book 1033, page 2205&Less 5'each side of <br /> -� road for additional road ROW as in OR Book 1145,page 1488. <br /> AND <br /> Pompeys Subdivision PBI 2-69, S 311'of N 361'of E 140'of Tract A,Less Y ROW <br /> as in OR Book 1145,page 1486. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,as follows: <br /> 1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br /> 2.
