, � <br /> �rr�L�M <br /> Time and Place(Second Reso.) 3/25/97(ENG)RES2.MAG\gfk <br /> RESOLUTION NO.97- 13 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br /> PROPERTY ON 9T"COURT SW BETWEEN 1 IT"STREET SW <br /> &91"STREET SW AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br /> APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY <br /> AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST <br /> THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, <br /> AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br /> ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITTED <br /> THEREBY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has,by <br /> Resolution No.97- 138 ,determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br /> of the county,and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the <br /> area described herein,that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br /> completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board;and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code,requires that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be <br /> assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br /> Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and <br /> drainage improvements to said property,as to the cost thereof,as to the manner of payment <br /> therefor,and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefitted thereby, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,as follows: <br /> 1.
