Wednesday, November 27, 1985 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, <br />November 27, 1985, at 10:30 o'clock A.M. Present were Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice Chairman; Richard N. <br />Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; L.S. <br />"Tommy" Thomas, intergovernmental Relations Director; Charles.P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Lyons called the meeting to order and Administrator <br />Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested the addition to today's <br />;s <br />Agenda of scheduling of two public hearings on the zoning <br />conversion ordinance for non-residential districts. <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of the matter of purchasing a copier for the Circuit <br />Judges' office. <br />Attorney Vitunac requested two additions: 1) a proposal for <br />redistricting the voting districts of the Board of County <br />O� 7�� BOOK r Phut 2. ry <br />
