In order to get a full view of the Sebastian Inlet <br />and the cause and effect of shifting winds, it was felt it was <br />necessary to go a little bit further north into Brevard County. <br />When Cubit Engineering met with the Beach Committee, they <br />presented the following beach survey options: <br />19 <br />NOV 2.7 1985ox UE <br />
