This amendment was approved <br />September 18, 1985. It's purpose was to reimburse us for special <br />duty overtime previously turned into the Clerks Office. <br />A check was issued to this Department in early October. At that <br />time we assumed, in error, all September invoices had been paid and <br />the check was returned to the Clerk's Office. Subsequent to that <br />time, some unanticipated September invoices had come in to be paid. <br />We are.requesting that money be returned to us to help cover these <br />September invoices. <br />Also, in July the Department provided 190.0 hours of security at a <br />private residence. The individual was reminded several times but <br />did not pay for this service until October 24, 1985. As part of <br />this amendment we are requesting this money be included in our cur- <br />rent year budget. <br />Sincere y, <br />:.R.
