Kea i g, P <br />Planning & Developm nt Director <br />LARRY LABADIE'S REQUEST <br />FOR EXTENSION OF SITE <br />PLAN APPROVAL <br />FROM: Karen M, Craver-�%�EFERENCES: L <br />Staff Planner Disks KAREN <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of December 4, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS <br />On December 13, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved a major site plan application submitted by Larry <br />Labadie. Approval was given to construct a two -unit, 5,750 <br />square foot contractor's trades building on the east side of <br />Old Dixie Highway, 1/4 mile south of .8th Street. The project <br />will connect to the County water system and utilize a private <br />septic system. <br />As the result of difficulties in obtaining financing, Mr. <br />Labadie will be unable to begin construction prior to the <br />expiration of site plan approval. Therefore, pursuant to <br />Section 23.1G, Appendix A of the Zoning Code, Mr. Labadie is <br />requesting a 1 year extension of his site plan approval. No <br />ordinances have been adopted since the December 13, 1984 <br />approval which would alter the approved site plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Larry Labadie's request for a 1 <br />year extension of site plan approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />a one year extension of site plan approval to <br />Larry Labadie, as recommended by staff. <br />2 <br />
