<br /> by Indenture of Mortgage bearing the 22nd day of November, 1998, and recorded In
<br /> O.R. Book 1129, Page 392, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida,
<br /> together with Assignment of Rents and Leases in O.R. Book 1129, at Page 434; and
<br /> together with Collateral Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate in O.R. Book
<br /> 1129, at Page 480, mortgaged unto First National Bank and Trust Company of the
<br /> Treasure Coast(MORTGAGEE),the premises described,to secure the payment of the
<br /> sums with interest as therein mentioned;

<br /> to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
