DEC 19 1985 <br />emm wx 12 <br />PROJECT: <br />PROJECT <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />PROJECT <br />REFERENCE: <br />EXHIBIT <br />PROJECT BUDGET <br />Indian River County <br />West Region Effluent Disposal Feasibility Study <br />Evaluation of alternative effluent disposal methods for <br />the year 2000 planning period and preparation of <br />feasibility study report. <br />Agreement between Indian River County and Camp Dresser <br />& McKee Inc. for General Consulting Services. <br />TOTAL ESTIMATE FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES $18,950 <br />Commissioner Bird commented that when he divides the number <br />of working hours into the amount of money, it comes out in excess <br />of $40.00 an hour, and he believed we have another project that <br />Carter & Associates is doing at a rate of $26 to $36 an hour. <br />Administrator Wright explained that in the case of Camp <br />Dresser & McKee, they will have their top line engineering people <br />doing the permit work while the work being done by Carter & <br />Associates simply involves a resident inspector who is just <br />watching the construction take place.
