Sayler <br />Vice President <br />Commissioner Scurlock noted that the Committee was <br />authorized to move on this, but market conditions prevented it. <br />They have improved since, and we will have a million dollar <br />commitment here for lower costs loans. In order to allow the <br />Authority to issue single family mortgage revenue bonds in 1986, <br />it is necessary to approve the annual report now. <br />128 <br />
