DEC 18 1935 e®ox FACE <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />and <br />VERO GROVE DEVELOPMENT CORP. <br />Granting Credits for Certain Utility Installations <br />Against County -Required Impact Fees <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this 18th day of December--_,--, <br />1985, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />FL 32960, (County), an.d VERO GROVE DEVELOPMENT CORP., <br />Vero Beach, FL 334099 <br />(Developer), <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, Developer has purchased water taps equivalent <br />to 18 ERUs at a cost of $1,140 per ERU for a total of $20,520 for <br />Developer's project at Vero Grove; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has required the Developer to <br />oversize certain water mains to master plan size, and, therefore, <br />has agreed to allow credits for this increase against the impact <br />fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of these premises <br />and other good and valuable consideration, the County and the <br />Developer agree as follows: <br />1. The Developer shall oversize certain utility lines, <br />as <br />follows: <br />Item <br />Est.
