w <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 98- 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> DEVICES AUTRORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br /> WRXREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br /> director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the <br /> traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, <br /> Indian River County Code) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for approval; and <br /> NHSRZAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br /> Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br /> i <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THATs <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br /> the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br /> resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> —Eggert and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Adams and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Carolyn Ginn Aye <br /> Commissioner Carolyn K.
